Prior to joining SRI Charles founded his own company (Springboard) 12 years ago. During this time he has worked with the executive teams of many of the world’s leading consumer goods organisations. Sony, Warner Bros, Nestle, Starbucks, Sara Lee and Sainsbury’s are a selection of the organisations that have personally engaged Charles’ services. He specialises in helping retailers and suppliers to collaborate around shared objectives such as category management and shopper marketing. Prior to SRI and Springboard, Charles worked for the IGD as the business unit head for category management and spent a number of years at Sara Lee in various senior sales and marketing roles.
Phil joined SRI to develop our ground breaking retail service. He specialises in developing technologies and products for new industry sectors and has worked extensively in the sports, consumer goods and environmental markets. In particular he specialises in indexing videos and transforming the resultant datasets in to objective, management information and insight. Prior to SRI and Ventureaxis, Phil worked for an environmental technology company working directly for The Cola-Cola Company and was also a member of the management team responsible for operations and product strategy at Prozone, a performance insight company working for major sporting clubs and organisations.
Shopper Retail Insight (SRI) is looking for a talented Data Analyst to undertake quantitative research work for our growing list of global blue-chip brands in the retail sector.
We are an evidence based and technology led consultancy with an innovate and unique methodology. We are seeking a person who is passionate and capable of turning our Big Data on shopper behaviour and retail performance into business insights and recommendations for our customers.
The role will involve creating clear and insightful reports based on in-depth analysis, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and drive key insights and ultimately presenting findings to key clients. It requires experience in data analyisis, a strong grounding in statistics, and advanced skills in Excel or other data anaylsis tools. Relevant exposure to video-based quantitative research and Retail in general are an asset.
The role is based in our office in Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will be working with a talented team at an exciting stage of the company’s development.

Shopper Retail Insight are currently looking to recruit retail tracking analysts to work in our Roundhay office in Leeds.
As a retail tracking analyst you will be analysing footage, logging the actions and behaviours of shoppers in a retail environment using our in house software. Data entry experience is not essential.
Driving licence and own transport would be an advantage due to the location but not essential; free parking available on site. This is a casual role with immediate starts available, part time and full time employment on offer.
